Robert Sindermann - Creative Director & Founder
Rob started out drawing comics and designing heavy metal album covers in his native Denmark before working as Design Director in London advertising and marketing agencies, shaping and leading a 60+ head department in-house at retail giant Asda, and working as Global Creative Director at the iconic Time Out Group.
His 20+ years of award-winning work on blue chip clients and household names has given him an unparalleled skillset to deliver beautifully crafted work across branding, shopper marketing, entertainment and retail.
Victoria Sindermann - Business & Marketing Director
Vic spent 17 years in the music industry leading the TV promotion teams at Virgin, EMI and Polydor. She produced creative promotional campaigns for a huge range of artists ranging from Madonna, Katy Perry Robbie Williams to Sting and David Guetta. Her roles were a combination of PR, marketing, event management, leadership and creative problem solving. She also worked on various brand events for Smirnoff, Orange at Glastonbury, Mercury Music Prize and numerous artist TV specials.
Since 2019 she’s been US Program Director at The Marketing Academy leading all the US programmes and partnerships.  Building relationships with the top CEOs and CMOs across the US, learning from the best keynote and industry speakers and working with experts to deliver the best leadership development content for the US’s top marketing talent. A lover of learning herself, she’s also completed Mark Ritson’s Mini MBA programs in Brand Management and Marketing, alongside Thomas Barta and Syl Saller’s Marketing Leadership Masterclass. Vic remains in this role part-time to run the US Scholarship program and spends the remainder of the week as Business and Marketing Director for Sindermann Creative.
